About the author

Lundy's childhood spanned four Canadian provinces, six schools, and eight home addresses. Perhaps the many imaginary friends she made across the country inspired her love for fantasy and science fiction. She obtained a degree in mathematics because it was too beautiful to stop studying and she teaches computer science because that's where all the best puzzles are found. Her interests beyond writing include reading, gardening, cooking, making junk art, and inventing games. She plays cards, board games, tabletop RPGs, and computer games.

• Encouraging recreational writing and coding among her students through a text based adventure game.
• Challenging herself to submit science fiction and fantasy short stories to at least 10 magazines by the end of 2026.
• Completing her science fantasy novel set in the world of Luyt.
